Blanc de Blancs 2022, Macia Batle, white wine, Magnum This award winning Blanc de Blancs from our beloved bodega Macia Batle is asking for a celebration with friends or family. Jane loves to bring a magnum to the table to serve at least 15 glasses.
In the nose, aromas of tropical fruit; melon, peach, grapefruit, apple and a fresh touch of fennel. A soft and smooth mouthfeel with aromatic and creamy flavours of intense ripe fruit with a slightly salty tone, subtly integrated wood and a bright fresh menthol note in the finish. A decent drop of Chardonnay. Perfectly balanced acidity. Jane recommends drinking this wine all year round.
Colour: Yellow color with greenish reflections. Clean and bright appearance.
Grape variety:Prensal 50%, Chardonnay 49% and Moscatel 1%

About the wine process
The extraction of must is carried out by pneumatic press, thus limiting the pressure with which the prime must is obtained.
After removal of the skin, fermentation begins with selected yeast by a controlled temperature not exceeding 17 ºC
