This RAF 110 is a wine made with 100% Manto Negro. Jane discovered this wine as she received 1 Magnum bottle from the owner; Esperanza from Bodega Vins Nadal. No surprise that Manto Negro is an indigenous grape of the Balearic Islands and the first grape variety in Binissalem's wines. Manto negro gives light, fresh wines with good fruit and a modest amount of wood, which finishes well on drink. Variety planted mainly in the table wine area of Binissalem in Mallorca.

As magnum bottles scream celebrations and parties, she is the perfect bottle to bring along to any occassion!

Once the bottle is open you'll discover a lot of flavours. Tart notes of black cherry, red fruit flavours like raspberry, blackberries and a hint of vanilla and toffee in the nose. Leather, coffee, nutty.. this amazing wine has definitely a lot of tertiary flavour aromas. Is the Brunello too heavy for a party? Bring this magnum RAF 110 along. This wine is certainly an all-rounder! Still light but in full swing.
